What information does ApolloTV collect?
At ApolloTV, we're strong believers in your right to privacy. We collect as little data about our users as possible and destroy it as soon as we no longer need it. The information we collect is always temporary and is only in the form of server access logs containing your IP address and in some cases your user agent string.
How does ApolloTV use this information?
When we have enabled this feature, your IP address is used for rate-limiting and anti-spam.
What information does ApolloTV share?
ApolloTV does not disclose any first-party collected user information. We do however employ other services that reverse-proxy requests for us and the data that they collect is outlined in their privacy policies (see 'Third Party Services').

ApolloTV indexes and scrapes third-party sites that are publicly available on the internet. ApolloTV does not host, upload or manage any of the content on these sites and ApolloTV's app, staff and/or developers have no control over the content on these third party sites. ApolloTV claims no responsibility for copyright, legality, accuracy, compliance, decency or any other aspect of the content displayed. It is positively the responsibility of the end user to avoid any actions that may constitute a violation of national, federal or terrestrial laws applicable to them.
Any legal issues that may arise with content in the app should be pursued with the third-party sites that ApolloTV indexes rather than with ApolloTV. ApolloTV is unaffiliated with these third party sites.
